1. Membership Fees

  • The Food Addiction UK membership is a subscription service priced at £20 per month.
  • Payments are processed automatically on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
  • By subscribing, you agree to the recurring payment terms.


2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital memberships and immediate access to exclusive content and community support, we operate under a no-refund policy, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were accidently charged twice for the same billing cycle, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Technical Issues: If you experienced technical issues preventing you from accessing the membership and we are unable to resolve them, you may request a refund.
  • Unauthorised Transaction: If you believe an unauthorised transaction was made on your account, please contact us immediately for investigation.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your membership at any time through your account setting on our website (click my account and go to the 'manage my subscriptions' section, from here you can cancel your membership).
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the membership period.
