Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

A Structured 6-Week Programme to Understand and Change Your Habits

  • Focused on understanding your thoughts, behaviours, and patterns around food.

  • Practical strategies to manage triggers and cravings.

  • Six weekly sessions, £40 per session.

  • At the end of the programme, we evaluate progress and discuss whether further sessions are needed.

  • Option to transition to Life Coaching for ongoing support.


Life Coaching

Ongoing Support for Your Health, Wellbeing, and Personal Goals

  • Ongoing online support tailored to your needs.

  • Areas of focus include food addiction recovery, wellbeing, self-care, and achieving personal goals.

  • Flexible sessions, £35 per session.

  • Ideal for those who want continued guidance after CBT or prefer a more open-ended support approach.
